Distance Reiki
A Powerful Way to Receive Energy Work While Being Cozy at Home!
Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. Invoking this law during a distance Reiki session allows me to link up to the energy field of the recipient.
Imagine that! Being in the comfort of your own home while I enter your energy field to open up your chakras and provide you with energy work without being in the same room.
The session takes about an hour. I ask that you try to take time to be open to receive for 30 minutes.
For those 30 minutes you can:
- Listen to music (I have some powerful playlists to suggest).
- Get into a meditative state.
- Do some breathing
- Release emotion/energy that is no longer for your highest good
- Drift off into blissful sleep.
- Get up, let the dog out, get some water and it will still be effective!
Before the session, we will set the intention for your energy healing.
I will provide some resources:
- Clear Instructions
- Music playlists
- Breathing techniques
- Answer any questions you might have
After our session, I will tape an audio recording of everything I see and experience during my session. It is yours to keep for your records. The recording is typically 20 minutes long depending on the session.
I get visuals, messages, knowings, whispers, suggestions and ideas when I connect to someone’s energy field. These will also be in your recording.
After our session is complete I will provide you with gentle, effective, kind and custom recommendations that you can immediately incorporate into your daily life. I will empower you to maintain the health of your chakras in between our sessions.
